Yes, a campsite prior to making your reservations with us is preferred (this does not apply for a personal residence). Renter is responsible for all campsite reservations and fees.

We will gladly set-up on sites without full hook-up. There will be an additional charge of $125 to empty the grey and black tanks. We are unable to come during your reservation to empty the tanks.

Your pets are welcome to join in on the adventure! You must get prior approval before allowing a pet in the camper.

There is a $50 additional fee per reservation. If any pet damage occurs, including evidence of pet urine or feces, you will forfeit your total security deposit.

We thoroughly clean after use with pets.

Awning usage is permitted but we require that the unit be retracted during winds exceeding 10MPH or during thunderstorms. If you retract the awning during your stay, we ask that you take a broom or a towel to wipe off any bugs or debris on the canvas prior to retracting it. An additional fee will apply if not properly cleaned or there is damage.

Once the camper is inspected and found to be in an acceptable condition, the full amount will be released. In the event of damages or excessive cleaning is required, a determined amount will be deducted.

There is NO smoking/vaping inside any of the campers. NO EXCEPTIONS. If smoking is detected, rental will be charged $500.00 cleaning fee.

Each camper is listed with a specific sleeping capacity. Please do not exceed that amount. Please review the OUR FLEET page to see the capacity on each unit. Limits also vary between campgrounds. Be sure to verify with your campground on their site requirements.

Check-in is at 2pm. **Please reserve campsite for previous day to accommodate campsite rental requirements.**

Check-out is at 12pm/noon.

If different accommodations/times need to be made, please contact us prior to your booking.

Partial Refund – Cancellations made 14 days or more from start of reservation are subject to partial refund of 80% of full payment.

No Refund Available – Cancellations made within 14 days of start of reservation.

Any cancellation due to extenuating circumstances will be considered and reviewed upon written request.

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to any fairs, carnivals, or concerts. Thank you for your understanding.
